merging its HR & Technology Departments
Translation: all the HR employees got fired.
Yep. Exactly like communism: it would be a brilliant idea if people weren’t human beings.
It’s probably the cost to produce them. That’s real countable money.
The Cybertruck has always been a vehicle designed by a childish mind for equally puerile customers. Now it’s also a strong indicator that you might be a bit of a Nazi if you own one.
So yeah, I don’t expect it to sell too well, as most motorists are adults who tend to dislike Nazis, or would prefer it if they didn’t have to worry constantly about their vehicle being defaced by non-Nazi adults.
If only this could convince companies to ditch SAP… Whoever used SAP even once in their life knows the world would be a better place if it died a fiery death.
Feed the Russians with the produce from Chernobyl.
With such sharp partisan divides, the GOP having unified control and the rich having a vested interest in keeping this dead horse of an economy alive, that’s not a realistic option.
I guess what I meant was, how do even GOP critters stand for this? It’s supposed to be the party of law and order, and they behave like servile little yes-men fascist enablers.
I’ve never had any great love of the Republican party, but even I admit that the staunchest traditional Republicans had 10 times more morals and principles than those MAGA asswipes and would have done something about their rogue fascist racehorse with the Democrat minority. The current crop of fake Republican magats is appalling. That’s what’s truly unbelievable.
Any past POTUS who would have said or done a thousand of what this demented orange peel says and does would have been impeached faster than you can say “Does that guy sound fascist or is it just me?”
How is this madman still in office? How is that even possible?
It’s high time open source projects and anything to do with software freedom and privacy relocated outside of the US. It wasn’t great before that a lot of them are hosted in the US, but now it’s urgent. It’s not even a matter of principle anymore.
bleach can cure cancer and Covid
Well I mean, technically that’s not incorrect: drink enough of it and it will kill anything, including you.
Let me guess: SpaceX will be asked to pick up the slack?
Er… duh.
Facebook’s entire business model consists in invading as much of everybody’s privacy as possible and monetizing people’s private data. Its “products” are just honeypots to attract marks to milk for private data. You didn’t really think they turned a profit selling electronic sunshades did you?
If someone is stupid enough to buy a pair of those and put themselves under surveillance by Facebook, it’s their problem. But if I ever see anybody looking at me with those glasses on their face, they’d better remove them pronto when I ask them to or I’ll become bellicose rather quickly.
The only true Equalizer is Edward Woodward.
But… Trump is the archetypical New York slick that rural America surely despises. So what gives?
Yeah, the “hold my beer” theory of voter reaction. I get it. What I don’t understand is, even if I desperately wanted to do the inverse of what annoying dems wanted me to do, I wouldn’t be ready to objectively hurt myself and my family just to piss them off.
Rural voters have long been a cornerstone of Trump’s base
I’ve never understood that. Why would honest, hard-working Americans root for a convicted criminal billionaire? It seems like the very definition of self-harm to me.
All Trump’s cabinet picks were doomed from the start.
I have an idea: I’m gonna tattoo “NOT” on my knuckles, so that when someone photoshops “MS13” on my hands, Trump won’t deport me.
Genius!
It’s also worth noting that there are approximately 1.5 billion Windows users worldwide, which means just over 1% of them are using Copilot, a tool that’s now a Windows default app. This is quite scary from Microsoft’s point of view,
If’s even more damning if you consider that a large percentage of those 1.5bn Windows users is pretty much forced to use Windows at work, and Copilot is being shoved down their throats forcibly by Microsoft. And despite all that monopoly position abuse, Microsoft still manages to make Copilot a spectacular failure.
Yes, let’s try Netanyahu for defamation. Why not.
But let’s try him for crimes against humanity first, shall we?
